1. The SINGAR spark plug gap tool is a professional tool designed for most standard spark plugs in sizes 14mm, 12mm, 10mm, and 16mm. It is especially useful for short thread depth plugs commonly used in chainsaws, string trimmers, and other small equipment engines. Please note that it is not compatible with 18mm thread or long reach/short reach spark plugs.

2. This tool features a dual marked stainless-steel feeler gauge with a measurement range from 0.001inch to 0.04inch (0.03mm to 1mm). Made of high-quality flexible 65 manganese steel, the gauge is hardened and polished for long-lasting and accurate usage. It is a preferred product for personal or professional machinery stores and automobile garages.

3. When using the spark plug gap tool, keep in mind that some spark plug electrodes may bounce back due to the material of the spark plug. It is recommended to use a 0.044in feeler gauge size if your desired gap is 0.046in. It is better to start with a slightly smaller gap size than your target gap. Rest assured, this automotive spark plug gap tool is versatile and can be used for a variety of applications.

4. Using the tool is easy - simply place your spark plug onto the spark plug gapper and select the desired feeler gauge. Slowly screw the knob until the side electrode compresses to the desired gap thickness. Please note that the Spark Plug Gap tool is designed to close a gap and will not open a gap.
